Lascribe G200 Connecting Rod Grooving System
Grooving on connecting rod is done by laser technology, to produce relatively Narrow, V-shaped characterized by sharp corners which promotes crack initiation at relatively low tension force level imposed on single part. When a sufficient tension force applied to a part, the stress riser groove initiates the propagation of crack to produce fractured components. The Fracturing operation is Made Easier, if the edges and groove intersection of the groove surface are sharp (not round), and the groove is relatively narrow and deep.
